The AWS Community Day Nordics is a free full day event for AWS users to come together to network, learn from each other and get inspired. The event is organized by the community - for the community.

Sponsor benefits

    Organizing team will promote the event in it's social media channels and provide the visibility before, during and after the event.

    When communicating and posting from the event on your accounts and channels, plese mention that the event is community organized. You can also use hashtags #awscommunitynordics and #awscommunityday in the posts, if appropriate.

    Speakers have been instructed to use a template for their slides with cover page including sponsor logos. The logos will be also visible in any materials released after the event date.

    Onsite instructions

    There will be a space provided for you to create a sponsor stand. The default stand is a table with a size (height) of 110cm and 70 cm wide. The space is around 3 square meters and the maximum height from the ceiling is 2.70 cm. Parking is possible if you are bringing something with your car, but you need to register with the reception.

    You can bring your own stand/ materials and deliver it the day before between 9-17 in DGI storage room (not unpack it, DGI has another conference the whole day on 6th May). Alternatively, material can be brought on 7th May in the morning at 7.30

    All people entering the premises need to have their names, hence need to be registered in EventBrite. If you have people for booth duty which are not general attendees, these still need to be notified to the organizers, so we can relay the information to the site security. We can allocate a reasonable amount of non-attendee staff (2-3 people per sponsor maximum), as we are pretty much at capacity what the premises can support from safety perspective.

    Recording

    Talks will be recorded and published to AWS Community Nordics youtube channel for offline consumption. The event will not be live streamed. Sponsor visibility will be retained in the published recordings.
